The people and roles behind a fence job

Each stage of a fence project is handled by a specific role, from the first call to the final gate check.

The phone assistant

An automated assistant answers (910) 807-8208 at any hour. It records your name, number, address and what kind of fence you need, so nothing is lost at 10 p.m. or on a Sunday.

The callback coordinator

A person reviews each request and phones you back, usually within the hour during the day, to set a time for the measuring visit.

The estimator

Walks the line with you, measures every run, notes slope, roots and wet ground, checks the plat or survey pins, and prepares the itemized written price.

The installation crew

An independent, insured local fence contractor and their installers. They request the utility locate, set the posts, hang the fence and gates and clean up.

The follow-up contact

Handles warranty questions and complaints, and keeps the job record for the property.

We do not publish staff names. Ask on the phone and you will be told who is coming to the property.
